- Taxes are to be paid in emeralds unless stated otherwise, and to the full amount listed.
- Each house or store will have a donation chest assigned to it.
- Paying in advance is allowed so long as it is in a multiple of the listed cost.
- All non-slum outdoor housing is allowed a basement of one floor, no larger than the footprint of the house above.
- All underground housing and storefronts are expandable within reason. If you're concerned with expanding, please ask.
- Taxes are collected every Sunday at noon CST.
- Failure to pay taxes 3 times in a row, will result in eviction.
- You are allowed to pay for other people's housing if you so wish.
- Taxes are non refundable.
