You can just show up. We have enough spaces for 58 people, which we're not going to get, so you just show up on the day and if we fill one boat, we'll re-allocate to another.

You forgot Elz and I don't know what Faelin wants to do, but there is more longships for the rest of the Norvagen pop, at least 3-4 Lonmar flagships in Myrneth.

Speaking personally, I would rather have one full boat (it also makes it easier to DM/WE) than multiple ones with a few players. Better RP.
