Empty cups is a kind of cheers, aye! It is a way of a Dwaf to boast about his drinking capabilities. When the cups are full, they bash them together and shout EMPTY CUPS! so the bardwarf can hear them. The challenge is to really have your cup empty by the time the bardwarf comes to the table with new filled mugs or you'll look really stupid in front of your Dwarven friends, not having done what you said you would
