Intelligence: While she has a very loose grasp on Common, which she worries that some will mistake for stupidity, she actually is quite smart and picks up on things quickly. She also tends to think more with her heart than her head, which can also get her in trouble if she's not careful.

Personality: She is a ball of loving and giggling feathers. When she isn't nervous of what's around her, she is upbeat and happy with life. Even when things go wrong, she always tries to find something to be thankful and happy for. She, however, is prone to having her feelings hurt because of how close she plays things from the heart. Someone rejecting a gift or even sometimes looking at her in a hateful way is enough to make her upset. Even if for a moment before her natural bubbly nature kicks back in. If this is natural or a way of protecting herself is yet to be known.

Keone is an oddity to Naneki. She was so steadfast in the teachings of the Makani that she didn't think there was really any other way to live. Then she ran into this odd owl. He has a temper, and can be quite bitter. But through it all there was something that felt safe when she was with him. Maybe it was because he was another of her kind. But for it all, she is thankful that he was able to put up with her.

She remembers him from a long time ago. And just recently, she ran into him again at the tavern during one of his regular runs to pick up supplies. Now she knows her way back, along with where her family is, thanks to Revios. Thinking of him like a big brother even, but all the same she is thankful to know he is alright.
