It's better than before, but still you need to take the time to fix some careless mistakes such as spelling. Also, repeating that you were once a mod or admin does not mean that you will be given the position here; that position is only given to very dedicated and trustworthy members of the community, so it will not help you to keep repeating that.
Anyway, please revise this and maybe add a bit more about yourself (personalitywise perhaps?) so the community may get to know you more as a person.

Yeah. Saying to everyone that you are a good admin or mod is just going to make them dislike you more. I think that you need to fix this up. Punctuation in bits.. Need fixing up. Your '8 sentences' aren't very... full. The more detail the better chances you have of getting in! xD
