Information
Guided by the cultures of the Moor Elven people, the Shink'maho Clan has sealed itself in the position to guide through knowledge. A Clan seen in it's regard for it's value in knowledge, wisdom, and a sense of serenity, they strive to end the harsh views given to the Moor Elven people from the mistakes of past leaders. One of the current two standing Elder clans, they hold a friendly alliance with the Elder clan of the Grey Isles, holding their values just as highly as their own. They hold true to their cultural ways, the positions of power given only to Moor Elves, while Council can be gifted to those seen as worthy of the title.

Hierarchy Defined

Ruling Class

Tol’fen’ko [Elder]
The absolute head of the clan and the ruling party. Highest in command, their word is law. While usually governed by a male, in instances where the male is not present, a female with the same values/upbringing or mentality should take his place. They are the highest ranking in any regard; wisdom, courage, power, wealth, or any value which the Clan values most.

Tol’ko - Tol’ke [Chief - Chieftess]
Second in command only to the Tol’fen’ko, they rule over certain sectors belonging to the ruler. They guide towns and regions while still under the Tol’fen’ko, showing the same values as the Tol’fen’ko or sometimes other values the ruler doesn’t quite show. They are leaders in their own right and are to be respected as such.

Bairn’ko - Bairn’ke [Heir - Heiress]
Children of the Tol’ko or the Tol’fen’ko, they are to be taught the way of the Moor Elven people, along with the values of the towns they rule and share. Should two show the same capability of ruling, a deciding spar should be done during their coming of age.
-Should one fail the coming of age, while the other succeeds, then only the victor shall be named Bairn’ko.
-Should both fail the test, then neither shall be named and will have to try again.
-Should both succeed, then another spar shall be held the next day, with the first to draw blood shall be named Bairn’ko
@solusrequiem said:
+ Coming of Age Ceremony: When the young Moor reaches to the age of about 15~18, a private ceremony is held within the immediate Clan. They are requested to fast for half the day. When the sun reaches the highest point in the sky, a duel is held between the young and a selected member of the family, usually the Patriarch or the Elder (In the majority of occurrences, they are the same thing). The tool used is a blade, most usually a rapier. If the young Moor can land three to five cuts upon their opponent, they are considered competent in skill and earn a pass. Those who fail to do so by sunset would have their heads shaved, even the females - to become a mockery until they prove themselves otherwise. After the Ceremony is complete, there is usually a small celebration or feast..
Council

Tolko'mact'tol [Warchief]
The one that leads the military strength, both within the walls and outside the walls of the settlement. They are the head of the military and the guard force, able to command orders to any ranking below, including Generals.

Hexe’Genez [Witch Doctor]
Head of the medical line of the settlement, they lead any medical academy, hospital, or pharmacy by default. Should someone wish to become a doctor, they must notify the Witch Doctor of their presence within the town. They serve as the personal medic to the town, as well as the Elder himself.

Heg’Hindre [Right Hand]
The closest Moor to the Elder, that can be outside the direct lineage of the Clan. They handle things the Elder cannot attend to himself. Though they cannot change laws and rules set by the Elder, they can enforce them with just as much strength. Able to interact with other nations and Clans, alike, they are seen as the most trusted.

Junse’ko/ke [Advisor]
As the title implies, they help guide the Elder by telling them the word of the people. Tied mostly to internal affairs, unlike the Heg’Hindre. They serve to keep balance within the settlement and encourage their people to remain close and communicate.

Sazil’ko/ke [Wise-Man/Woman]
The advisor to the people. They work hand in hand with the Hexe’Genez to retain the balance of the settlement and make sure the needs of the people are tended to. A therapist of sort to some, while holding true to the position of the word of the people. They bring up the more personal issues happening within the settlements, along with helping in planning personal events.

solus A big thank you for helping me define the terms to be coherent to Moor Lore

(Cukie, according to the region owner, 'Lovestride' never existed and is supposedly private property.)

I've had RP with Vesryn as the owner, so it will remain there, until I have a valid IC reason for that RP never happening.
