Currently, the rules from purchasing anything in Mockingbay is:

After purchasing your house, you have ONE month of use, where you can get the money refunded after purchase. After the one month, and if you fulfill one of these requirements, your house can not be refunded and will be put up for sale.

Housing in Mockingbay is fairly cheap since I prioritize RP over making a profit.

Currently, the rules from purchasing anything in Mockingbay is:

I'll be tagging people here if I think they are inactive and they can reply saying whether they still want the building or whether they want to give it up, if there's no reply after two weeks I will be putting the buildings back up for sale.

When I left for a while some time ago, I also gave away the shop. I thought there were a few people interested in taking over at that time so I don't know what happened after.
If it stays a pet shop but gets a different owner, you can keep whatever is in it.
If you want to clear it out to make space, please drop the animals in a chest so I can pick em up some time and use them as wild animals in the region Grounds of Time.
