More in tune with the planar infinity than most, though not enough to immediately channel consciously; highly prone to nightmares prompted by subconsciously probing while asleep. These nightmares become more intense and clear with increases in rank, often depicting hellscapes and demoralizing visions. Attempting to awaken in this state results in them panicking out of their sleep, leaving them unstable emotionally, manifesting physically with reddened or darkened eyes which dissipate. They otherwise awaken normally, retaining faint memories of their nightmares (more clear with increases in rank).
When in or accessing the planar (ex. through casts), their eyes in the physical plane are shifted to a voidless black. Using related planar casts of varying intensity or during heightened emotion may also leave lasting effects on their appearance, such as veins becoming blackened and more defined, looking more disheveled with bruising by the eyes, or other subtle changes at the discretion of the user. These changes briefly show during the cast. As ranks increase, these changes may become more uncanny in appearance depending on their emotional stability, such as the skin becoming more fleshy, mesh-like, ink-like/blackened, or their figure becoming more slender or bent.
