It reads:

"Dear those of Sallana,

I represent. Without deceit or puzzle intended, I write plainly.
We are a collective of Visage. Followers, blessed, and others.

I wish to attend your garden party, and I seek to do so under the veil we are so commonly seen adorning.
I write this to you as a sign of peace, for we do not seek to interrupt. Merely, enjoy the tea and finger sandwiches...

And discuss.

Naturally, our kind of collective are seen as untrustworthy.
I hope this can be a sign of trust wishing to be gained.
