A Deputy is one who can, in the absence of a representative of the law, act on its behalf. Uriel Valhart is responsible for appointing Deputies within the City of Storm's Landing.
A Bounty Hunter is one who, with a permit from the Storm's Guard, may act on bounties posted within the city limits without fearing repercussions from the law. Uriel Valhart is responsible for granting Bounty Hunting permits within the City of Storm's Landing.
