The Storm's Landing Guard Releases a missive.

The sewers are to be boarded up and made off-limits. Entering is restricted without punishment for breaking, swarms of undead infest the cisterns--and a monster composed of water attacked the Kraken's Culling. Defeating the monster required covering the hole from which it emerged. If such is in the sewer as well, there is unlikely to be any handling it.

Any understanding as to the nature of the water monster, elemental or otherwise, is appreciated if brought to the attention of the guard. Methods of fighting or resolving the infestation are welcomed in turn. Volunteers to help clear out the sewers are encouraged to speak to Bennett at the Guardhouse when able.
