The Red Court is the continuation of the work of its founder, Samael Azarin, with the origins of the Red Society and his efforts at making a unified faction of Vyres who appreciate the gifts they are granted. The Red Court aims to keep some semblance of order between Vyres and Mortals, as to prevent needless hunting and the devolving into animalistic creatures of the night. No mortal can be part of the official hierarchy of the Court, but they can be held under the official care of a Vyre, and as such they are not to be harmed following the Accords.

[ COURT RANKING ]
The Red Court holds a structure similar to that of medieval kingdoms, with one sole ruler at the top. Whilst previous versions of the Court held a unified front with all Bloodlines, the Red Court is ruled entirely by one Elder who may appoint any Count or Countess to take their place should they fall eternally.
ELDER - The Elder rules the Red Court, and are automatically considered Counts and Countesses of the Red Court. When laws are to be amended, when trials are called into session, it is up to the Elder to agree on the motions.
COUNT / COUNTESS - These members of the Court run their own lands which are to then be considered lands of the Red Court, in which the Vyre Accords are to be upheld. Counts and Countesses must be made into such by permission of the Elders. It is through meetings and agreements with these members that direction is given, effectively playing the part of a Council to advice the Elder. They may be given their own areas to rule over.
LORD / LADY - An individual who has shown considerable promise in embracing their gift or holding the Court in high regard is lifted into the position of Lord or Lady, tasked with being the ones to head out into the lands and ensure the Accords are upheld. The direct progeny (directly turned by) of Elders are automatically placed into this ranking if the individual accepts it.
JUSTICAR - A Justicar must have experience as a Knight of the Red Court before advancing into this rank, and may only be appointed by the Elder. These members are given carte blanche to fulfill the commands of the Elder, and are beholden only to them. They must not have any allegiance to anyone but the Red Court.
There are several other ranks that are separate within the Court, and one cannot be one of these as well as one of the three above.
KNIGHT - A Knight of the Court is one who has shown considerable promise in the arts of martial abilities, expected to protect the rest of the Court with their lives, pledging their loyalty to the Elder.
SEEKER - Seekers are sent out to investigate situations either in or outside of the dealings of the Court, generally gatherers of information.
ENTRANT - These individuals are the newest members of the Court, usually under the guidance of a member of another higher in status such as a Lord, or Countess. These members can be appointed by Counts and Countesses, and are the only rank that the Elder need not approve of. That said, if an Entrant slips up, the fault lies on the one who initiated them.

[ COURT LANDS ]
The Red Court holds sway over several areas - Those who rule these Lands, pending approval from the Elder, are known as a Count or Countess. They must have express permission from the Elder to remove it from the Court once it has been announced as such.
VEILMERE
Ruled by Countess Helena Azarin.

[ DEFINITIONS ]
There are several other aspects of the Red Court that should be expanded upon, as seen below:
RED MARBLES
An exceptionally lucrative form of currency, these marbles were handed out at the first meeting of Vyres that inspired the creation of the original Red Society. The importance of these has not been lost, and so they are often used for great bribes between the Court.
BLOODED LANDS
An Elder may declare a location to be ‘Blooded Lands’ for a period of time they deem fit, which means no hunting can take place within by members of the Court, and no violence between members tolerated.
THRALLS
A Thrall is a mortal formally under the protection of a Vyre, per the sixth law. Thralldom can be revoked by the will of the Elder.

[ THE ACCORDS ]
The Accords are the Laws that govern the Court and give it order, originating from the original seven the Red Court holds a total of ten laws that must be obeyed. These Accords are in place in all lands under the purview of the Red Court.
THE FIRST LAW
