Disappearing ground

Since 1.8, I have a weird thing going on with the floor: it keeps disappearing and reappearing every second. Which is really annoying and I don't know what causes it.
I use resource pack conquest and yes, I have Optifine installed.

And then when I log in again, it's fine for a while.
