No longer the mermaid queen

Nimue Eris Oceana has stepped (or rather, swam) down from the throne. Abbey is now the mermaid queen, so all mermaid-related things should be taken up with her. Nimue will still be around for advice and such, but all the formal matters go to abbey. Understood?

school, laptop issues, spending time elsewhere. i wont be on to do all the stuff the mermaid queen needs to do so, time has come to give up the throne
