Theme: Tudor style. A bit of other medieval stuff
Design: Large castle, probably at least 80x80. Inside will contain 15 16x16 plots for houses. There will be many public farms and community buildings such as a town hall and a town storage area. A shop will also be added.
Other Important Information: The tax rate will be very low; only 1%. This town is still a long way from being created. I have only saved up 10k radiants and it will take me at least 2 weeks before i get enough money to make the town and buy some plots for it. If you are interested in the town or might plan to join it, donating a few radiants to herpd3rp would help.
