Skara Brae Arena-In Construction

Hello! I am building/mining a 30x30x15 arena in Skara Brae and i feel that I would make much more progress with Builder's privellages. Problems caused at the moment: Scafolding needed everywhere-2x work- High heights, can't reach roof etc. Easy access to resource chests at top of surface. I intend to amplify Skara's beauty into this arena and I believe that Builder's privellages will help even more. Regards, NinjaTangerine
