Tree glitch?

I've been planting trees in my region and for some reason... most of them grow only one side. Leaves, wood etc.

Then there's this one. The best bug so far.

The tree grew over the edge of the chunk, it's worldguard being a butt

Just make sure to grow away from the chunk edges and it'll be fine.
