Those of noble houses across the lands receive an invitation, as well as the allies of Kane. Cursive blank ink on fine paper, sealed with the black wax of House Kane.
Lords, Ladies, and Esteemed Friends,
There is marvelous news to be had. My daughter and heir, Katherine Kane, has returned to our arms
safe and sound. Where once I intended for us to gather to fight off the forlorn feelings of the
crisis, now we come together in grand celebration for my daughter's life and continued wellbeing.
Come together with me at the castle in Queensport for a Masquerade. Food, drink, music and revelry
till the earliest hours in the morning. For one night, let the masks we wear hide our troubles
and let us be merry and unburdened.
Wear the colors of Kane, of black, gold. Let the best dressed be rewarded, and
may the adventurous be brave enough to search the castle for hidden reward.
Bring this invitation to prove your identity, otherwise you will not be permitted within.
Warmest regards,
Grand Duchess Elizabeth Kane
