Many people seem to think that there are a billion and a half different races of Elves.
There are not. There are 3.
High Elves, Dark Elves, Wood Elves.
Thats it.
If you want to have something else, like a snow elf, rather than creating a whole new subrace of elves, just be a High Elf or Dark Elf that grew up in the North and has an affinity for cold.
