Organizing disorganized organizations!

Alright, so I've noticed people trying to start up guilds, etc. The thing is, there's about three proposed assassin guilds, that are all over the place. I like the idea of starting guilds, but this is a bit unorganized. I'd like to start a group of guilds. It could be almost like something out of Tales of Vesperia or something. If anyone owns a guild, please post here, I'd like to make a list of them all.

The Aerovosian Sky Pirates

The Thieves Guild
