The Rosario + Vampire manga is infinitely better.
Is the manga as... Sexual as the anime? I'm so glad I wear earphones when I watch it because I think my parents would get the wrong idea if they heard it...

At the moment it seems like there's not much story and a lot of moaning. But I'm only 3 episodes in so there's plenty of time for improvement.

The Manga's a lot more story driven than the anime, although there is a fair bit of pervertedness in the first season. It dies down a lot in the second season. (Of the manga I mean, the anime stays the same throughout both seasons.)
Personally, I really like Sword Art Online, but I prefer the Light Novels. I think the anime looks fantastic though, and is pretty good by itself. The books were taken down off Baka Tsuki (the translation site) as they're getting an official translation, but if you want them, I have Pdf's of them.
However, if you like the idea behind SAO, watch Log Horizon, it's a lot more MMO-like and the reactions are more realistic than SAO is.

I absolutely adore Sword Art Online and also love Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin but i've been searching for some good fantasy animes
Any suggestions?

Hmm, when you say fantasy do you mean animes set in other worlds, like SAO and SNK?
Or just with magic and stuff?
Also, as I said before, Log Horizon's great if you like SAO.

Yeah just like magic or sci-fi future stuff (SAO) or set in another world (AoT)

Accel world. Same creator who made SAO. It is kinda the same with a virtual world and all that, but it's still different and it's good!

Accel World is set in the same world as SAO, it's just 20 years or so after it. There's speculation that Kuroyukihime is Kirito and Asuna's daughter.
Also, if you like Sci-fi and Magic, I'd suggest A certain magical index (To aru majutsu no index). Has a good combination of both.
I'd recommend Gurren Lagann too, if you like OTT awesomeness with giant robots. Mahou-shoujo Madoka Magica is one of the best, if not the best magical girl series I've ever seen. There's movie adaptions of both Gurren Lagann and Madoka Magica, if you don't want to watch both series in full.
At the moment, that's all I can think of off the top of my head. Will mention more as they come to me.

I finished Soul Eater today which was awesome. Now I've started watching sword art online which is a lot better than I imagined.
