PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS THREAD. Yes lets get back to topic. An Alterian megacity isn't going to happen and eventually towns with below a certain number of residants may be removed (well at least thats what I reacon's going to happen so I'm sure someone with power will correct/confirm my theory)
