Part 5: Broken Sisterhood
Bewpy lay upon a rock in the wilderness. Alone. Cold. All her belongings in a sack that lay by her fin. A tear streaked down her face. She left her home of Siren's Call. She pressed her eyes shut, and pursed her lips in anger. It wasn't her fault. Her sister was the one protecting a mortal. The mortal she failed to kill. Twice. What's worse was that they were sleeping together. Her own sister. And a mortal?! Bewpy screamed with rage to the wind, her unleashed siren magic summoning a furious thunderstorm. Clouds gathered, and the sky fell dark.
"But Bewpy, I love him! Accept it! Let him go, please!", begged Blue as she tried to block Bewpy's path from the mortal.
The rain poured as hard as hail. Lightning struck the ground in powerful blasts, and the roaring wind felt like knives.
Bewpy tried clawing past Blue as she screamed, "You dare protect him?! You insolent, foolish girl!"
Bewpy was engulfed in a trance, making the storm louder and fiercer.
"You are my sister no longer! If I ever see you again, I will kill you!"
But then Bewpy doubled over, releasing her power over the storm. The storm lessened and dissipated, leaving the sunshine resting on her face. Bewpy just lay there crying. Hatred of mortals ever growing. She looked up from her pitiful position, and shivered. She saw a snowy mountain in the distance.
Her heart grew colder.
