Backstory:
Lysle grew up in the whorehouses of Littleborough, adopted by a travelling gypsy he was raised on the road and as a thief. When his mentor retired he adopted his legacy as The Upright Man and scoured over the land stealing from those he deemed fit to be stolen from. He met his wife, a con-artist and together they started a gathering of thieves, The Master Thieves Guild. Many years passed and they grew into a global power, he adopted a daughter, Julianna and raised her to be a thief and had her live with the same gypsies he grew up with. Years continued to pass and he had his own three children with his wife Lily Rigger, whom went by the alias Red Raven. Ronaldo, Horatio and Harriet were his legacy after troubling events occurred within the guild.
His adopted daughter grew hateful of her Father after he had murdered her first fiance in cold blood, he told her he had his reasons to protect himself, her mother, herself and their Guild. The time came when she was married again, to a Knight, a friend of Lysle Rigger but an enemy of The Upright Man. Julianna usurped power and revealed the location of The Upright Man, causing a civil war to break out within the guild of Thieves. Lily fled into hiding with their three children, Lysle was captured by his former friend but managed to escape alive, at the cost of his own eyeball. Julianna adopted the persona of Red Raven and the mask of The Upright Man remained hidden. Lysle fled by ship but it was sabotaged, landing on the shores of Port Silver he made his way to become a part of the Royal Council and resides in the towers.
He spends his nights finding fellow thieves and creating a gathering of thieves far greater than previous. He had coined them as the Mockers, a homage to a Lesser God of Om'echan, Banath, the God of Thieves and Pirates, he whom they call the Trickster. He adopted a new mask for this fresh beginning and forged his name as The Sagacious Man. Slowly he is building up his empire, and those once loyal to him had found their way back to him, to once more stand by his side.
