Backstory: Deo was born in a small village called Bari. He was the second youngest of 4 children and was often beat by his two older brothers and his father because of his small build and weak muscles. He spoke to his mother and younger brother very often, for they were the only people who truly understood him. When Deo became of age, he was drafted into the military as a frontline bowman and was also trained as a swordsman. Here in the military he turned his life around and was taught how to fight and defend himself. During an operation in foreign lands, Deo was given news that his mother and younger brother were being publicly executed for crimes that were falsely accused due to a corrupt dictator. When he learned of this he ditched the uniform of his fellow soldiers and began to make his way back home. He assassinated any guard (even if it was a friendly) that got in his way or began to question his destination. Upon returning to Bari, he snuck into the prison hoping to break out his mother and brother, but doing so would alert all of the guards and they all would be put to death. So Deo spoke to his mother and brother for the last time before their execution the next day. After this incident, Deo resorted to the life of an assassin and pledged to eliminate corrupt leaders who terrorize the people of Altera.
