The pestilence within the Wise Empire has been eradicated, and the life of Cedlas Feredir has been forfeited to the House by decree of the reigning Emperor, Memnoch Alexander Wise. In heinous acts of assault against the Emperor, and treason of the highest regard, his life's allegiance has been swallowed by House Wise for his third and final crime against the Family.
Should our Mother Shalherana bless Cedlas Feredir with her divine rebirth, a parasite's existence is not to be recognized within the lands of the empire, and these lands will be the last ground a rotting cadaver will tread upon.

Let his legacy of treachery be known across Altera. For to bite the hand that feeds not once, but thrice, labels one incapable of loyalty.

The metaphor here is that Cedlas is a pest whose existence has officially been swallowed by the House. In Memnoch's eyes, Cedlas won't ever get away from Wise clutches, and disease will not spread elsewhere. tbh it's purposely vague and perplexing tho, so interpret it how you'd like.
