In regards to the lease of land to Aleksei Ivanov in the year 2310
-=-
It is in the name of Ignis Synnove, God of Order and Truth, that the Lords Podric Flanders of Thorne and Mathieu de Courtnay of Emberland do give and transfer the parcel of land named Zweistrom to the Lord Aleksei Ivanov on the condition that they shall each be the recipients of a monthly sum of coin or produce equalling the value of One Thousand Radiants (1000r) each and every month until a balance of Seventy-Five Thousand Radiants (75,000r) is met. Further, the Lords Aleksei Ivanov, Podric Flanders and Mathieu de Courtnay shall enter into a confederation of independent provinces. Should Lord Ivanov, or any regent, heir or official acting in the role of sovreign of the aforementioned lands, break the terms of this charter or the constitution of its subsequent confederation then this charter will be null and void regardless of the balance paid in the lease and the legal claim to settle the aforementioned lands will be revoked as they are returned to their prior owners to be seized at their leisure.

These are the witnesses who are present and can confirm the signing of this writ.
Signed: Mathieu de Courtnay I, of Emberland and lessor of Zweistrom.
Signed: Podric Flanders, of Thorne and lessor of Zweistrom,
Signed: Aleksei Ivanov, of Ashstadt and lessee of Zweistrom,
Signed: Yelena, of Hearth and witness.
