5. In your own words, how would you define metagaming and powergaming?
Metagaming; forcibly giving your character knowledge that one could only acquire through OOC events, whether subconsciously or consciously, ex: calling someone in a discord call for help or reading forbidden magic lore and giving your character such knowledge immediately in game. Powergaming; forcing yourself unto another's characters actions and using emotes as a method to dictate their fate without allotting reaction time.

Hello my name is Ryan and I am a fairly standard teenaged male. Honestly in terms of hobbies, I am standard in that I like to play games. Currently the video game I am playing is known as the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and I am very much enjoying it as I've embarked on my first play through recently. My friend and I have recently however been playing CS:GO and Rainbow Six Siege together, and have enjoyed that very much too. I really enjoy writing lore, and browsing fantasy concepts. I'm a sucker for ANYTHING magical, and I think HollowWorld has some awesome lowkey magic lore that I would (hopefully) like to get involved in if given the privilege to do so in character. I really do enjoy writing about anything magical, but that aside, of course by now it should be evident that I enjoy roleplay. In terms of music, I'm quite fragmented as I listen all across genres but my favourite band group is PVRIS and favourite artist is Banks (Jillian Banks). Thanks for taking the time to learn about me!

In a room full of only mirrors, you are only yourself and a man with secrets and his mind.
Ironically, Ralvael, a young elf of age twenty was looking into his own mirror in his study as he pondered this thought, he tilted the mirror in various directions, rays of light from his window casting in different areas of the room as he played with how the mirror reflected the way light behaved. He turned his head down to his notes, his drawings and sketches of architecture - he was then reminded. He had to create a manor of sorts for a wealthy couple not too far away, and design the architectural blueprints himself. While once fixated on the task, the young hollow silver eyed elf was now fixated on thoughts and mirrors. He turned back to the small vanity mirror on his desk, looking into it, Ralvael smirked slightly, he could just rip out an example blueprint from his textbook, and use that as something to sell to the couple. In fact that was not a bad idea, the secret would be his to keep, of course. Ralvael promptly opened his Architecture textbook he was studying and ripped out a large example blueprint disclosed on one of the pages. The deceitful elf begun to draw up a new blueprint that mirrored the textbook blueprint onto his own larger scale paper.
After an hour of easy work, Ralvael concluded his task. Even if architecture was something that Ralvael loved, he loved a good secret even more than honest work. And besides, why even go the extra mile to work hard when you can tell a good lie and whisk away in the shadows? Of course now, it may've been something wrong to do, but if one is cunning enough to tell a good lie then by all means it should be believed by a man too small minded to detect otherwise. Ignorance is bliss, is it not? Ralvael turned back to his mirror, the grin on his features absolving into a neutral tone, the elf complimented his own ability to switch his expression so well. Ralvael stood up from the seat at his desk, turning around as he head out of his study room and into the main room of the spacious mansion he found himself within. At the turn of a knob at the main entrance's door he decided to head outside into the main square where most of the merchants had set up their shops. The elf stepped forth into the atmosphere, conveniently night time with perfectly cool temperatures, the moonlight glistened in the marble fountain in the middle of the square.
Ralvael stepped forward to the fountain and looked into the moon touched waters of the pooling at the fountain, noting his own distorted reflection. "I live a good life," he thought out loud, "but what is life without learning everything. Even the dirtiest secrets of society." Ralvael turned up to the night sky with a smile. His sister approaching from behind him, patting him on his back, "You've always been so blunt and eager to learn as much as you can." Ralvael would promptly shoot his gaze down back forward and turn to face his sister. "I guess you can put it as such." Ralvael said in response, Rosaelina gave her brother a warm smile. "If you really do want to learn everything, take this." Rosaelina replied, handing Ralvael a rather large map. "What's this?" Ralvael asked, "A map. Use it, and leave this town. There is only one way to learn more and that is to experience the world." Rosaelina responded. "I do concur with that statement. Thank you, if one day I awake and I'm gone from the house, blame this map, but more importantly know my goal, sister." "I understand completely, it is about time not only you but both of us left the nest, and parted ways from our parents." "That is of course, fair. I shall see you somewhere in the world, some time, thank you." Ralvael said, nodding at his sister as he returned to his house, and slept the night off, wherever Ralvael went in the morning only he would know, and such an enigma would dwell only with him.
And thus when faced by a mirror, know that you can appear as one way, but think another.
