Le Havre, Capitale of the Lavoyarde
Introduction:
Above all, Le Havre is older then the looks may give. Having itself given multiple names and vocations throughout the ages, at first being a small village under the Prince-Mayor Nicolò Arcturus, that grew to include a mid-sized palace on the old island. At the fall of the first Imperium, the village was attacked, and the Mayor, Loyal the to the Emperor, died/disappeared during the fall of the Lion. Marblecoast Palace was left in disrepair, and the people died or were routed out, signing the end of the Krynitas Estate.
However, the remains of the Lion's nobility, back from war and pilgrimage, soon took back residence in the lands of Krynitas, Novus-Harlaus having been befouled and lost all sanctity after years of war and plague. They begun, as Knights, to rebuild the first district, the one of Faith, on the old fortress island. Then, after the reunification and creation of Lavoyarde, the population begun building around and renovating the old Palais to a new, finished state, also expanding the never-ending network of caves, sewers and catacombs the Capitale is standing on.
Here we are, now, with new districts planned and being built, a castle standing strong over the city and a blooming commercial industry developing. The only thing that remains to know is if you, frenchmen commoner, wish to partake into the expansion of our glorious Capitale?
Politics:
Le Havre is the Capitale of the Kingdom of Haven. As so, it respects the Law of Lord Ignis the Lightbringer, and the Authority of the Lavoyarde Crown, currently held by Arthorius Arcturus du Lavoyarde. It is definitely not a neutral region, and by all means is fortified and can hold it's grounds agaisnt possible attackers.
The religious authority to be respected is the Lyserium, the Church of Light and Order, currently overseen by the exalted Archbishop Beaumont. His word is absolute, and the Lyserium's inquisitorium is there to enforce it by all means necessary.
Nobility is also a great part of the realm and especially of the Capitale, with small feudal chevaliers ruling over districts, and Marquis and Roy handling different instances of administration. While the grounds on which the city is built officially belong to Marquis Tiberius Lavoyarde, there is a family deal that the city is held by the current Roy (King), Arthorius Arcturus.

Wealth/population/existing institutions:
The Capitale of Havre runs on Lavoyarde money, which is itself supported by many sources, some more obscure then others.
The Region currently sits on a comfortable amount of 370 plots, with more being bought to continue expansion. the Region's population is quite large, housing a good percentage of the realm's entire nobility, most Ecclesiarchal personnel, most of the army and an existing mercantile bourgeoisie that oversees industry from their manors and headquarters.
Districts
The Religious District:
The religious district is a fortified, heavily defended part of the city that is restricted to some categories of the population (Church members, militaries and high nobility) except in certain cases and occasions, where special events are hosted in the district. It houses (oddly enough) the Bank and most of the Lyserium institutions, along with the Grand White Cathedral of Light, where Lord Ignis has appeared himself in the past.
The Commercial District:
The Commercial District is the central district where sits most civilian and governmental institutions, such as the APS postal branch, the Lion's Rest Inn, the public Smithy and several other shops and services. It also holds, at the junction with the dock district, the seat of the Northern Alteran Trading Organisation (NATO), a company which gathers and sells required building materials to any buyers. The Company is headed by Narcilis Beaumont, brother of the Archbishop, Lord Élias Beaumont (are there links to be made? Beaumont Supremacy?). It also holds the main noble Palais of the Lavoyardes, home of Marquis Tibérius Lavoyard, and the Abbey of the Golden Lys, the home of the Sister's Lyserium Inquisitorium.
