As you step onto the docks, the shadows of the hills cast themselves over you, welcome to Minovia

[breaker]

The "City" of Minovia is the seat of an independent state born from the people of the dead house Marr. While the kingdom is still in its beginnings, the people of this town have great aspirations underneath their leader, the elusive queen of Minovia. While she seems to settle the issues confronting the house she hasn't yet made herself public to non-citizens, perhaps she is planning something.

Minovia is known for its culture, the architecture and statues, the music and festivals. The military is organised into cavalry, spearmen and archers

Military, Navy, Defense

Military:

Members:
General-
Cavalry-
Archers-
Infantry-

Generals:
Every good army needs an equally good leader, a bad leader can bring an army to its knees just as easily as the enemy can, botched supplies, bad timing, poor troop placement. All these are factors a general has to take into consideration.

Cavalry:
On the field of battle, cavalry is single most important type, a good cavalry charge can decimate an enemy formation and a bad one can leave your flanks unguarded, without cavalry an army is bound to fall.
Light-

Heavy-

Archers:
While weak on their own, archers can be deadly on the field of battle when placed behind the infantry or on a rise where they can rain death in safety. An army without ranged support is extremely vulnerable to the enemy's own archers.
Javelins-

Bows-

Infantry:
Infantry is the lifeblood of the army, these brave soldiers can be the turning point in many a battle. Often placed in formation, a formation is very hard to defeat from the front, but from the sides of rear is extremely vunerable, best used with the support of the other types, although they can be used by themselves. Most useful when attacking enemy fortifications
Spearmen-

Sappers-

Navy:
While most of the modern navies of Altera use an insane amount of cannons, Minovia chooses to eschew this tradition in favour of iron or steel tipped ramming ships, as soon as an enemy ship turns its broadside to fire its cannons, it is probably a fatal mistake, as ramming ships are most effective on the broadside. ripping through wood and dumping the crew into the hungry waters. As the navy grows, these ramming ships will be supplemented by cannon ships to provide covering fire.
Ramming-

Cannon-

Defenses:

Walls:
At the moment, there are no walls around Minovia, it is vulnerable even to a bandit attack.
