I have read the prequel and am working on the Dragon Riders of Pern series itself RIGHT NOW. Don't rush me, though- that series is freaking textbook-sized.

woot someone else who reads it. But yeah there are ALOT of books about Pern. and you might want to make sr eyour reading them in order, otherwise you may get confused about some events (I read all the weyrs of pern before the renegades)
