The Winter Haven University exists with Linlea's center Isles, through its library. Teachers and Headmasters are implored to teach on occasion, to fill their students with the knowledge they need to survive within Altera. The Haven stands for Order and thus, not all attendees are treated equally if possessed, cursed, or have criminal records and misdeeds.
The purpose of the University is for the Common mortal to learn basics of knowledge out there within a safe environment.
