Build: Slim, a rather unremarkable figure. She has a slim waist and hips, her shoulders are not very large and her arms and legs resemble sticks. Obviously having never done a hard day's work in her entire life.Hair: A deep dark black color though there would be hints of silver found throughout.
Eyes: A very light green color, with silver flecks found throughout the iris.
Skin: Pale but not terribly so. Obviously spends much of her time indoors and away from harsh sunlight.

Appearance: Her hair is most often pulled back into a neat bun, a few hairs left artfully around her face. She has strong cheekbones and a slim nose. Her eyes brows perfectly trimmed. Her figure is thin and frail, with little to no curves to her.

| BACKSTORY |
Cecilia was born in the middle of a harsh winter in the far north. She grew up under the strict supervision of both her parents and their many maids and housekeepers. Her mother taught her how to write and read perfectly and her father taught her the history of the Northern Kingdoms.By the young age of ten she was one of the smartest girls in the entire hamlet. Outshining her brother in almost every subject, she was their parents golden child. Her brother on the other hand did not take as greatly to their teaching and constantly fell behind. Their parents loved them both greatly, yet they were always a bit harsher on her brother, as he never seemed to be able to keep up with the learning material the way his older sister Cecilia did.
Even though each night Cecilia and Kavix stayed up till nearly daybreak studying and trying to improve. Kavix could not take the pressure that his family put on him any longer and he fled from the hamlet to never be seen again. Cecilia’s mother blamed herself for her son's leaving, and only two months later died of sudden heart attack, leaving Cecilia alone with her father.
For the next 20 years her father taught Cecilia everything he knew about economics and politics. On her 32nd birthday she was sent away by her father. Told by him to head south and find a place to begin a new family line. She knew the hamlet had been failing. More and more people died each winter and soon there would be none. So she left her father and did as instructed, she headed south with her inheritance and her family heirloom.
For 20 years she moved from place to place, trying to find the most suitable place to lay down roots and begin her climb into power. From Azerport to Renatus, to Queens Port and to Thiil, each place, in her mind, held no promise that with dedication she would be able to gain influence and power as she was raised to do.
Finally, one day upon her travels she heard of a land where trade and gold ruled. Tambry, a rapidly expanding city where nearly anything was possible. In its newly forming government it had many noble families and with a bit of effort in the community, she could too be one of those among its ranks of nobility. She decided that this was the most opportune place for her to place her roots and begins to expand her influence..
