Preface:
Gallia started with an idea of worship of The Grey Lady and All-Mother centered together. A place where Life and Death, the cycle, is honored and celebrated without discrimination. The lands of Gallia are home to people who wish to follow in that worship, and are not limited to those who are blessed or on a certain path. Gallia opens its doors to the Arcane, Blessed and every day commoner who seeks peace and a life outside the main lands of Altera. To keep this goal and mission the following laws have been established:

A standing military:

• All residents of Gallia 15 years and older must be trained in the art of weaponry. While Gallia has no official military as we are a peaceful nation, all citizens must be prepared to be called into battle should any event arise. Residents unable or unwilling to take arms be it for physical or moral reasons must be trained in the art of medicine to help those who may engage in combat.​

Freedom of worship:

• Freedom of worship is allowed in Gallia providing it is of a peaceful nature. Any rituals or worship that involves direct or indirect harm to others is prohibited and will be dealt with on a case by case basis given the severity of the event. Public shrines can only be made by the government of Gallia, however private shrines within the confines of ones home or property is allowed and is unrestricted.​

Freedom of the Arcane:

• Mages are welcomed to Gallia and may practice freely in the confines of their property. Magic may be casted in public areas as long as the spells do not harm others or destroy property.​

Concerning the Undead - Contracted - Gravewalkers etc:
Gallia foundation lies with the worship of The Grey Lady and All-Mother. While an outright ban is not enforced the terms of allowing Vyres, Gravewalkers and Contracted are as follows:

• Vyres seeking to be cured or converted to Gravewalkers are welcomed, providing they do not harm others on the lands of Gallia.​
• Vyres who do not seek treatment but also do not harm others are allowed freely.​
• Vyres seeking to cause harm to others or convert against the will of others, will be hunted, staked and handled appropriately​
• Gravewalkers are welcomed providing they wish no harm on the lands of Gallia​
• The Contracted may enter the lands freely and will not come under harm unless they prove to be a threat to Gallia.​

Nobility:

Nobility can only be established by the ruler of Gallia. The current noble houses of Gallia are:

• House Fletcher - Head of House - Frost Fletcher
• House Menguar - Head of House - Valtae Menguar

The current individual nobles are recognized:

• Aster Silveira - Royal Guard - Rank: Lord
• Marley Green - Minister of Foreign Affairs - Rank: Lord

These laws may be and will be amended with or without any notice. Ignorance of laws is not an excuse.



OOC: There is no RP call for your character to be combat or medical trained. The standing military clause if for flair as the region is categorized currently as Peaceful​

Act & Oath of Supremacy 2330​

With the Princess being the highest noble ranking of Gallia, appointed by the Gods themselves, it is recognized by the clergy of Gallia and parliament that Princess Lerina Fletcher herby is the Supreme leader and head of the church of Gallia for all faiths. The Princess is the only supreme head on Altera of the church of Gallia.



As of Sunderday, 30th of Stormwind, 2330 it shall be enacted by Gallian Parliament that the Princess, our sovereign Lady, her heirs and successors of Gallia shall be taken, accepted and reputed the only supreme head in Altera of the Church of Gallia, and shall have and enjoy all honors, dignities, preeminence, jurisdictions, privileges, authorities, immunities, profits, and commodities to the said dignity of the supreme leader of the Church of Gallia. Furthermore, the Princess, her heirs and successors of Gallia shall have full power to visit, repress, redress, reform, order, correct, restrain and amend all errors, heresies, abuses, offences and disorder.




Further,

All citizens must swear an oath of loyalty to The Lady Lerina, first of her name by the grace of the Gods, Princess of Gallia, Head of the Church of Gallia. As humble servants to the crown all citizens agree not to act in rebellious uprising, slander or liable the church nor the crown and its family. Citizens swear before the Gods to uphold the values and culture of Gallia while in its lands, on pain of death. This oath extends to all clergy while practicing in the lands of Gallia regardless of citizenship status.

*A small announcement is made in Elven to Gallia, and the proper government documents are updates*

"The console of Gallia, ruling in stay of the Sultana during her pregnancy hereby promotes House Menguar in their standings within our lands. Effective today Lily Menguar of Drakenport shall rule over the Red Forest region, answering to the high console but being given ruling power over the territory. Mother of Lily Menguar, Valtae Menguar is also given 20 plots of land to make a divine ground of her choosing in any Gallia owned lands."​
