The nations of Roxilia, Natrizima, Carausmia, and Upresh, are all cordially invited to the private residence of King Aleksander II, Karadovek Palace, to discuss the foundation of a "Northern Entente". The letter, which would have been hand delivered, goes as follows...

To the most esteemed leader of (whichever nation),

I invite you to attend a diplomatic conference that will be held in a week's time in Legisa, at the prestigious Karadovek Palace. The goal of this meeting would be to discuss the formation of an international alliance between the north's five main countries. In light of the positive changes within all our nations, it is my personal belief that now more than ever is the most fitting time to address such an issue. United under a single banner, the north could usher our collective people into a new era of peace, prosperity, and fraternity.

Do respond should you be unable to attend, otherwise, all shall be taken care of once you arrive in Legisa.

Should the leader of your nation decided to attend, their plane (unless you arrived by car, I'll get to that) would land in Legisa International Airport, just outside of Novigród. Upon arrival, the Legisian administration would escort your leader to Karadovek Palace with a small force of some 20 secret service agents, their sole duty being to protect the leader from any possible threat, while cooperating with any secret service that may have been brought.

If you've driven to Legisa, the trip would have taken considerably longer, but all the same, your leaders would have been contacted and given instructions on how to get to and enter Karadovek Palace grounds.

Once you have arrived at Karadovek Palace, serving staff, all dressed in black tie, would escort you into the building, leading you to a salon where King Aleksander II stands gazing at a portrait. It would be about 10 am when the conference begins.
