Currently :
The Republic of Rondileau is a small, safe nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, anti-smoking policies, and compulsory military service. The cynical population of 32 million Rondileauans are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The large, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Education. The average income tax rate is 50.0%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but inefficient Rondileauan economy, worth 1.07 trillion Dinars a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Uranium Mining industry, with major contributions from Automobile Manufacturing, Arms Manufacturing, and Book Publishing. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 33,354 Dinars, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Airport security is provided by private companies, motorists' locations are constantly tracked by intelligence and law enforcement agencies, the nation is experiencing a severe shortage of sporting events, and scientists recently cloned the long-extinct feather-bellied Tiger. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Rondileau's national animal is the Tiger, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Government :
Rondileau's government is considered a republic, but there are high amounts of corporate corruption tied into the current administration. Most, if not all of the government work is done within Rondileau's highly guarded capital building. The current president, Maxime Benoit, is a tight-fisted leader and has a team of highly intelligent cabinet members, which is led by Patrice Tomé.

Maxime Benoit :

Patrice Tomé :

Capital Building :

Due to the high amounts of corruption, it seems that those related to Maxime and his family all hold high positions of power. The government is currently restricting certain Civil Rights and Political Freedoms. The government of Rondileau is also currently prioritizing the economy over the environment.

Economy :

Update: Added some government, currently working on everything. Moved military to another post. Will update economy within the hour

Military :
Military service is compulsory within Rondileau. For a small country that is growing rapidly and aggressively, a large and powerful military is a must.

The Army :
The Army is Rondileau's largest but is the second most advanced military branch.

The Navy :
Rondileau's Navy may not be the largest military branch, but coupled with the country's airforce, it is a force to be reckoned with. Patrolling the seas, making sure everything is sound, the Navy is a proud branch of Rondileau's military.

The Air-force :
Rondileau's Air-force is currently the smallest, but the most technologically advanced, military branch in the country. Paired with the Navy, the Air-force rules the surrounding Rondileauan air and sea.

Either way the amount of military personnel you say you have doesn't matter. @Lord_Sinclair has already been using a system based upon your defence forces.
And to summarize that system, imagine Civ 5, if possible. Under the system, your nation has 1 unit (land or sea; no real specifics other than "unit") per 10 Defense Forces points (no rounding). Each "unit" may be placed on a hex and used for combat.

The current system doesn't demand specific types of units or detail the amount of moves a "unit" can make, but the system does a good job of visualizing combat lines and areas where battles would occur.
