New Title Plugin

Barry has decided to build us a new title plugin. It works much smoother and will make it a lot easier to add titles as we go. Also the lag when someone gets promoted or logs in for the first time is gone.

Type '/title list' to access your titles.
Type '/title [pagenumber]' to flip pages.
Type '/title [titlenumber]' to use a title.

In the future it will be possible to select a title by name again.

I'm happy knowing that we have specialists on what the players can't deal with. Although it would be great if more people looked into helping the server with its technical problems. *starts opening tabs to coding lessons*

Commands are now on the wiki, as well as the new title colours.
Not all the titles that were in the game are still there, but they will be added later.
