New towns section :)

We added a new section for the new world's Cities, just over here :

If you're creating a new town, or your town have been moved to the new world, you can post there or move your thread there ! ​

It's for people to know which cities are active since the Exodus, and which aren't.
Ultimately, this section we're in might be archived to let some place to the new one
