The price is low for the reason that quartz is really easy to find (not counting the point that the close by quartz is mined like hell). Also, putting prices of 10k or 100k on something like that is ludicrous. Time spent on something, but unless somebody spends a whole entire day mining just to fulfill this order, the prices will stay.
