That puts us in eastern US at 3-5, so a decent deal won't even be home yet.

I'd say either make it an hour or so later, or switch it to a Saturday or Sunday.

How about we have, perhaps, Tuesdays and Thursdays, a show-up period of 3-5, and going as log as we can keep it going?

Hmm, Tuesdays I should be able to make it. Thursdays will be a bit difficult, but I could probably show up at around 4:30-5:00 and go along with whatever's happening there.
