I'm looking for a quality skin of this character:

The head I already have, you can use it or make your own, if you make your own please make sure the hair is shaved and isn't long like in the picture. Don't bother with the Lion Sigil.

The picture above is my current skin; below is where you can download it if you want to use the face.

If I like it (and use it), I'll pay 1000-2000 rads.
