Capital of the Grand Principality of the Rhain
"Towering oaks encompass Reignfall, ancient and verdant. The trickling susurrus of its river brushes off one’s ears with a layered texture to its sound. The various wildlife chimes in with the occasional hoot and chirp, and the seclusion the trees provide is peaceful. It is as if the quaint little town was frozen to the calms of spring, forever maintaining a vernant briskness. With every inhalation of its petrichor, one is reinvigorated with virtue… and jubilance. Harmoniously wound with nature, the Elven flourish is prevalent: intricate and grandiose.
Beneath Reignfall, the Dwarven ruins emanate its glory of yore, the ancient halls winding endlessly. Soft torchlight illuminates the delicate engravings of filigree on the walls. Spiraling forever downward, the staircases navigate the uncharted vastness of the Dwarven mining, standing testimony to the incredible perseverance of its creators. It would seem to me that Reignfall possesses all that one could ask. It is peaceful, but not lonely; beautiful, and unartificial. I have found all that I need in this sanctuary: blacksmiths, carpenters, merchants, and friendly samaritans. Reignfall is a charming place."

History:
Reignfall was founded on the ruins of the ancient dwarven city, Tah’kul Rimtar, by Morgan Cerendor, later traded on to Drake Hawklight. Placed under the Stewardship of Illthilior Athrendu early on, the small, riverside hamlet flourished first into a small village, then a town placed strategically along the Rhain.
In 2204, Duke Drake Hawklight passed the title of Lord of Reignfall to Illthilior, himself taking on the role as Steward. Reignfall became a hub of trading activity up and down the river, spurring on the growth of smaller settlements within the region.
Reignfall Castle began construction in 2246, finishing after thirteen years of hard labour in the building that now dominates the skyline of the forest. Serving as the metropolis of wealth, nature and peace, the hamlet of Reignfall remains the capital of the Principality of the Rhain, and will continue to remain.

OOC Rules:
-No Griefing (This includes stealing items from chests.)
-Be Respectful to one another, so no OOC harassment, no disrupting Roleplays, etc.
-Build in a realistic fashion, suited for the timezone of the server.
-Problems within the community of Reignfall will be brought up to Tempy_
-Basements under houses are allowed, but only when build within the perimiters of the house above.
-Do not destroy nor edit buildings without asking Tempy_ first.
-After 3 to 4 weeks of inactivity without formal notice, your house will be put as vacant once more, and all chests inside will be emptied into the storage rooms.

IC Laws:
-Do not harm a fellow citizen of Reignfall.
-Do not steal.
-If you occupy a home in Reignfall, you are expected to fulfill your duties, and work the job you are given.
-Any problems or conflicts that spark under the citizens of Reignfall are brought up to the Grand Prince, if not able to be sorted amongst yourselves.
-You are free to praise any God or Divine Being from the Pantheon, and no one shall be stopped from doing so.
-If a crime occurs, the Grand Prince decides the final punishment, after having spoken with at least two citizens of Reignfall as to hear their opinion on the matter.
-Harm a citizen of Reignfall, and you are not an occupant of the hamlet yourself, you'll be seen as an enemy of Reignfall, and will be treated as such.

Work:
Reignfall, and the Grand Principality of the Rhain with it, is currently a town of diverse economic strength, with many developed industries currently located within its borders.
The town is currently searching for a variety of craftsmen, particularly a farmer, a carpenter and a tailor. Those who would seek to earn their lot by their sword will find that the guards are ever recruiting. The Steward, Duke Drake, has also put out a call for more specialised occupations, including a performer to bring the Reignfall Theatre to the forefront of performing arts in Altera; a learned individual to tend to the library and one capable with managing a clocktower. Regardless of what you may find your skills are, they will doubtless serve you well in Reignfall.
