E1 - The green of his irises drains upon casting, turning into a milky white that blends with the sclera. They emit a subtle glow.
E2 - A faint gust of air swirls about his form. Those standing close enough feel as though their clothes are being rustled by a breeze, and they may hear the distant sound of howling wind.
E3 - The winds encircling the mage grow strong enough to pick up small bits of debris (pebbles, bits of gravel, small wood chips, etc.) These float about his figure along the gusts’ current. Small rumbles of thunder accompany the sound of howling wind.
E4 - A storm brews within the mage. When they're feeling especially strong emotions such as anger, grief, or annoyance, their skin begins to exude dense thunderclouds that flow almost like liquid/fog. They disperse harmlessly shortly after forming. (think dry ice)
