I have been working on converting the Tome of Citizenship into a Wiki page. It's not nearly done yet, but a lot of the basics are in there. The idea is to have a single page that has everything there is to know about the server on it, or links to pages that contain the information. So whenever you want to know something, you can just look at the Tome. Also whenever someones asks a question you can reply with 'read the tome on the wiki'. Easy.
