All recruits to the Arcturian Millitary will be supplied with Iron Armor, iron tools and either an iron sword or a bow with 32 arrows. Lodging will be supplied in Harlaus. Ranks will be explained when recruits arrive in Harlaus

Grief attacks are becoming more frequent across the land. We need an army to defend the land, one that will defend all. Port Silver guards are nigh-on useless come a grief attack and have next to no presence in their postings. My army will be both peacekeepers at all places and a force of truth and defense for all the inhabitants of Altera. We must come together to survive, forgetting petty squabbles which is why the army will be open to most all people, regardless of race or sex. We are currently based in the town of Helios

Ranks
Ranks in the army take a triangular approach. The general [me] gives orders to the officers who in turn order the ordinary soldiers. Officer rank is attained by going through Officer school or showing exceptional skill [Such as Elazar]. Above the officers are the commanders and below the officers are the specialists [who can command soldiers

Divisions
Our ranks are divided into swordsmen, archers, battle alchemists and cavalry. Our special warfare is a small group of soldiers who do not divulge their division to others apart from the general unless necessary. They are given important assignments, not always combat related, by the general.

Tactics are not divulged to anyone other than military personnel
