ooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhHrmm, what might they view "Justice" as? Obviously they do not spill blood, but would the group over all have a code of "Justice" or is it the universal justice we all tend to go by today?
I know @Tybalt will want to see this!
this will likely be the most controversial opinion the Followers of Vermella have. the most. by far.
---
Justice is unnecessary. punishment is not needed.
to the followers, "justice" is but another word for vengeance, and vengeance is petty.
vengeance is anger without cause. it leads to violence, to the spilling of red.
all living things, even red-spillers, are deserving of respect. the Law of Red does not exist to exact justice on the unjust world.
it exists as a singular law for the devout to follow so that they can learn to hold respect for all living things.
the measures taken against red-spillers, the banishment and the preparing to war, are not founded in a desire to punish the evil and sinful.
they are founded, very simply, in a desire to protect your own. your own life, your own kin.
survival will always be more important than revenge.
