I've decided to get rid of Dracor. None of my characters really use it, and it's just taking up space at the moment - and similarly, taking up money.
I am going to auction it over the next two days.
Starting bid is at 125,000 radiants - less than the sheer amount of manpower and plot claiming combined with the plots I have purchased for it.
Buyout price, flat out, with no competition, is going to be 200,000 radiants.
I have spent almost a year working on this location (spread out of course) and I really like some aspects of the internal design. The outer walls are made of stone encasing obsidian, which makes it a solid defense against magical attack, per the public lore on materials. I'd say there are perhaps 25-30 plots in total purchased in the region, and the whole place has been terraformed inside and out.
