For Flymod

You cannot ban me for flymod abuse when I am planning my town and being disturbed by hostile moderators that I cannot stand. How am I to go about in peace when I have mrbubbles flying over my town? Skipping over the roofs invisible when I am trying to plan out a tavern? I can't imagine the site clearly standing on the ground, and lag is increadibly annoying for that so I fly up. I asked bubbles to leave dozens of times, but he would not, and I kept looking on the dynamic map to see where I could confront him, but of course he kept flying around invisibly, not paying the slightest bit of attention to what I was telling him.

I'm sure that you will have listened to what he was telling you and for you all this will go in one ear and out the other without giving you the slightest care in the world. But to tell you the truth, fine! Why should I care if I have people flying around all the time doing as they please and messing around with everything that goes on without a slightest care in the world?

If anything bubbles should be banned for abusing his powers that he is supposed to use responsibly. This whole situation is utterly ridiculous. He din't even walk into town, he just flew in and started running over roofs and such. This is meant to be role playing? I think not! This is ridiculously antagonistic! What part of anything says that anyone, even a moderator can just fly into a town and think he owns the place?

I know this is meant to be for permanent bans and suchlike, not a temporary ban, but I am so utterly pissed off that I need to bring matters to a head. I won't be considered someone who abuses flymod or has a disregard for the server rules. You moderators should realise that the rules include you as well. If you are on the server follow the rules! Do not flaunt them!

Didn't you read the first paragraph? I was watching him moving at high speed, such so that he couldn't have been going through buildings, for if he was he would have been knocking holes in them.

If hes flying around invisible in your town, why are you bothered by it? Shouldn't you not be able to see him if he's invisible?

I'm also unbanning you because I find it doubtful that you were abusing flymod. Flymod would only be abused when you use it to travel to other towns or travel distances. I don't (and we shouldn't) care if people use it to build, hover their town to get an oversight and things like that.

Just a point about how you said 'You can't ban me' I can, i have seen you flying several times and is about time you were punished. I know the ban has passed now but this is appeal for unbanning where you say your sorry and we all go home for tea and crumpets. Not whine about a fellow mod doing nothing in particular and using that as a stupid excuse to get you out of something. The rules clearly state that flymod is for BUILDING ONLY, not for 'planning a tavern' I don't even know why your appealing it was a 1 hour ban!
