5. In your own words, how would you define metagaming and powergaming?
Metagaming is the use of knowledge from outside sources to gain an unfair advantage in character. Such as using Discord to go save a friend and so on.
Powergaming is the act of forcing an action upon a player without giving them an attempt to respond or react to the incoming actions.
For example, ‘Kyral brings her warhammer down upon the fallen foe, killing them’ is not allowed.
But ‘Kyral brings her warhammer down in an attempt to crush the bandit.’ is allowed.
6. Do we allow X-Raying mods or X-Ray texture packs on the server?
No.
7. Tell us about yourself! Do you have any examples of your work?
Hello all. I'm Arkelos, been RPing on minecraft for 9 Years.
Other stuff I've done is create a massive Discord server for an MMORPG that is seeing activity in the 100k a day, as well as 300k+ members.
The games I play are mostly MMORPGs like Runescape and Final Fantasy 14, but some RPGs and other MMOs as well.
8. Did anyone refer you? If not, how did you find our server?

Current Setting of the Server:
The lands of Altera have long been laced with upheaval, supernatural turmoil that would threaten to shatter the realm or tear it asunder. Long, have the peoples of Altera withstood these tribulations, overcoming and persevering through the generations. Only too recently, have they settled the ire of Titans and Gods. Though the days were dark and long, the realm did survive, through tenacity and reverence. The memories of their trials behind them still fresh, the realm sits in a state of unease and angst . . . with eyes on the horizon.
In the skies above, the stars flicker and burn across the auburn colors of the setting sun, streaks of color in the gathering dark. The Realm of Altera awaits . . .

Kyral is a five foot seven inch tall Elf, born as a set of twins to a very lucky mother. She has crimson red hair that goes to the bottom of her back when down. She also has Amber eyes, and weighs about a hundred and thirty pounds. Typically seen carrying resources and working with her sister, there is no doubt that she has a bit of muscle but nothing highly defining her features.

“So, Sister dearest, are you excited to go?” The redheaded elven woman asked her counterpart, hair equally as crimson. While they were not identical, it didn’t take long for some to realize they were Elven twins. Kyral was quite excited, but she did have one issue, “Means I won’t be around to help you, Rysha.” to which Rysha shook her head. “That last haul of material you brought me is plenty. One I finish up here, I’ll be joining you.” she pat Kyral on the shoulder and walked into the Tavern
The two brought wine to celebrate Kyral’s departure from their family’s home. The boat Kyral would be using just visible on Horizon’s edge as she looks out. “First time we’d be without each other in years.” she spoke, sipping her wine, Rysha nodded and said “Well, I did say I wouldn’t be long. You just stay out of trouble until I show up, and maybe stay out of trouble after."
Ktyral grinned and put her head on her sister’s shoulder. There was never a time where Kyral had to leave, so the unease she felt was natural. “I hope that we’re doing the right thing, leaving, that is.” she took a longer sip as she looked at Rysha who already finished her glass of wine. “Of course we are, and hey. Maybe we can bring more of the family along and make a home away from home wherever this boat is taking you.”
Kyral smiled before finishing her drink. Setting aside the cup as she nodded, “That would be interesting, but let's take things slow for now.” she rose to her feet, seeing the boat was heading her way, even closer than before. “Remember the goal, remember the dream. Stay the course, Sallana is watching.” She took off her mother’s amulet, holding it up to the setting sun as she closed her eyes in prayer to the Goddess of Love. Rysha joined her, putting an arm around her sister’s waist as their brother showed up.. With the family.
Remaining silent, they let the two finish the prayer. Kyral silently puts the amulet back on and opens her eyes. It was time to depart for lands unknown, and much to her dismay, she wasn’t really allowed to bring anything save for clothes and some rations for the boatride. Shrugging, Kyral took out a small amulet from one of the pieces of luggage and pocketed it. That was important enough to ignore the captain for a moment, before moving onto the boat. On the deck to wave to her family as the entire island waved back, everyone was out there. She took a deep breath and smiled, and muttered the line.
“Stay the course, keep the faith, at Journey’s End we will meet again. Sallana guide your heart.”
