This saturday at four pm eastern time people are invited to come to gather at the grand cathedral of slyannen, and offer prayer to Rahas and discuss what his followers vision moving foward should be. Food clothing and money shall be handed out to all those in need as well at the end of the event.​

Three hours just to note everyone is welcome indeed as i was asked a stipulation though of those not native to the city the following law is in effect for you.


Weapons:


Weapons in the city is forbidden all weapons are prohibited except by the nobles of the city itself,guards or those holding licences for honorable duel.


All weapons are to be turned over at the gate and ticketed and numbered, or the person may enter and pay to have their weapons wrapped in wire then sealed with sage green wax and the Telarion family seal.


Every sword and weapon brought into the city shall be inspected upon the leaving of it the penalty for breaking such a law is severe.


A heavy fine of ten thousand radiants is levied as well as expulsion from trade and commerce in the city for a year's time.

If you wish to retain your weapon and have it bound with wire and sealed with wax so you cannot pull it free of its sheath the fee is five hundred radiants per weapon and seals are inspected upon leaving
